We offer several different departure times each day. Traditionally the Sunrise and Sunset have the highest success rates of finding the highest number of bears. Currently the best tour is sunset and afternoon.

At different times of year the best time changes throughout the day - be sure to email or call us if you want to know the best chances for the time you are looking on taking a safari! We are happy to help!

Our guides are dedicated to tracking bears, however we can not always predict their behavior. Climatic conditions and food supplies can, from time to time, limit our viewing opportunities. While our success rate far exceeds expectations bear sightings are not guaranteed.

We will pick you up at your accommodation in Whistler Village or select "Whistler Visitors Centre" at check out.

Refunds or discounts are not issued in the event of no bear sightings though we work hard to find them for every guest.
